Well, it looks more likely Congress will be eventually passing a bill to allow taxing of online sales. See this article in AccountingToday by Roger Russell:

Our state of California has already pretty much done this, so not much effect here, but people will be paying more across the country, although based on use tax law in most states, they owe it anyway.
