The Traditional Retirement Age is Being Quietly Retired

This article in Accounting Today by Daniel Hood asks the question of what is so special about age 65?  Here is the article:

So I guess there is nothing special about 65 after all (except for qualifying for Medicare.)  I do know 55 is special because of the senior discount.
