Well June 15 is looming and it is time for the California Legislature to pass some kind of budget (again). Remember last year when they passed an unbalanced budget, GOvernor Brown vetsed it and the State Treasurer didn’t pay the legislators, who then got a court decree saying if they pass something by June 15, their pay acn’t be cut.
