While all the talk of masses of businesses leaving California are exaggerated, it is true that new business expansion in California is not what it used to be, mainly because the state is not a great place for business expansion. This lack of response by the state government could slow our economic recovery dramatically, especially considering how many unemployed there still are in this state (at least 2 million). What happens in the future is anyone’s guess.
