Can it be to your advantage to pay your taxes with a credit card? Sometimes yea, sometimes no.

But since the IRS charges a fee for using a credit card which the above article doesn’t talk about, I think thiis articel by LaToya Irbe in About.com gives a better overall pro/con on using your credit card:

Use it or not, but you start getting penalties and interest of about 1% a month after April 17.
