President Obama says that the “Buffett Millionaires Tax Proposal” which will raise taxes on Millionares, will be voted on. And it has as much chance of passing as the Republican Budget Proposal does. Here is an article in Accounting Today by Michael Cohn that talks about it:

My guess is nothing will change as far as taxes go until at least after the election in November. In 2013, a lot could change!
