So I hope that the IRS has a better screening and security process in place in the future, so this kind of thing doesn’t hit them in the face by surprise again. I know people have been critical of H & R Block and Jackson Hewitt in the past when former employees have been arrested and prosecuted for tax fraud and identity theft, so let’s get on the Service’s case too (of course, everyone already blames the IRS for everything having to do with taxes, including creating them, so I am sure they already have thick skins.)
