Hey on the surface this sounds like more unamerican tactics, tax everyone for everything, including air and email! But read the article before you judge too harshly; the initiator actually makes some good points and if it will make huge bulk emails and spam more expensive, maybe it is at least worth a look (look how much we pay for malware and anti-spam software and how much time we spend deleting useless emails!) Maybe this is a little extreme, but California (not me) just agreed to tax the entire state additional sales and income tax to balance a budget that should have been balanced to begin with, so what else is new.
