CPA Tax Musings: IRS’s Level of Taxpayer Service Continues to Decline

Well, the IRS is dropping the ball on Customer Service even more than last year (maybe they outsourced to India).  See this article in Accounting Today by Michael Cohn that gives the details:

At least they make up for being slow with their ability to be behind the times, and not implementing plans they have made for improving service.  Sounds like the cable companies, doesn’t it?
