Recently we discussed tax fraud in prison; now there is actually tax fraud inside the IRS. A man employed by the IRS as a taxpayer service rep through March helped himself to taxpayer information from February 2008 till January 2011. See this article in Accounting Today by Michael Cohn:

This is getting crazy – prisoners as well as IRS Reps committing tax fraud. People estimating their deductions now seem like solid citizens.
