So think up passwords that are long (I was at a security seminar that said it would take these machines at least 500 years to cycle through all the numbers, letters and symbols for a 12 digit password: according to a site I looked at it would take over 300,000 years for a regular desktop PC to crack it), have capital and small letters and at least one symbol so that your passwords are impossible to just guess; make your password internet security one less thing for you to worry about!
