Remember that H & R Block commercial last year when the cook said he used a do it yourself tax software to prepare his taxes but wasn’t sure how to fill out the questionaire so he did the best he could and hoped it was right? Here is an aritcle discussing this in Accounting Today by Roger Russell. He is talking about elementary tax education, but a lot of people, need a professional to prepare their taxes as their taxes are too complex for a simple solution.
